This 3.5-story, 128,000-sf corporate office building is oriented in a boomerang shape with each of the top three floors housing 35,000 sf of space. The new facility incorporates precast panels accented with broad expanses of tinted glass. A cornice adds height and detail to the roofline and gives a classical look to the building's otherwise contemporary exterior. Other features include a lunchroom, lockers and shower rooms, and a lower-level delivery and dock area. The building is served by fiber-optic cable with lower-level, secured computer facilities.
